Privacy Notice

Boomlia stores listing details, owner and payer email addresses, payment references and amounts, management-token hashes, daily click totals, and limited security and audit records. When you use the contact form, Boomlia stores the email address and message you submit. Stripe handles card and tax details under its own privacy terms.

We use data to run the live Top 10, verify payments, manage listings, answer messages, prevent abuse, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We share it only with providers needed to operate Boomlia, including payment, hosting, email, and analytics providers. Boomlia does not sell personal data.

Payment and audit records are kept as required for financial, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Contact messages are retained until manually deleted; other data is kept only as long as reasonably needed. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data.
